Delivery costs and timing
The product price and any delivery charge are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. For a time-sensitive gift, check the available estimate before ordering or consider a gift card delivered by email.
Made to your choices
Atlas prints are personalised to your map, route, text, size and finish. Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply once a custom order is accepted for production. Read the refund policy for the complete terms.

If an item is damaged, faulty, not as described or materially different from your approved proof, contact hello@atlasstudio.design with your order reference and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected. The refund policy explains the process.

Can you promise delivery by a particular date?
Do not assume a guaranteed arrival date from the images or general product description. Check the estimate offered at checkout and contact Atlas if you need clarification.
