When will they receive the gift?
Choose immediate email delivery or select a future date. Shopify sends the gift card using the details you provide.
Can I send it to myself to give in person?
Yes. Choose ‘Me’ and the gift card is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Does the gift card expire?
Atlas gift cards are currently issued without an expiry date.
Does the selected value include delivery?
Each value currently covers its named print format and standard UK delivery. Prices can change; the gift itself remains flexible credit.
What if they choose something more expensive?
They can use the gift card and pay the difference securely at checkout.
What happens to unused credit?
Any unused balance remains on the gift card for a future Atlas Studio order.
Do they need Strava?
No. They can connect Strava, upload a GPX route or create artwork around a meaningful place.
Can I correct the recipient email or delivery date?
Contact Atlas before the scheduled delivery date and we will help where Shopify still allows the delivery details to be changed.
