Who you are buying from

Atlas Studio sells personalised map artwork and made-to-order prints through atlasstudio.design.

UK launch note: the website still needs the final legal trading name, geographic business address, company number if incorporated, VAT number if registered, and a non-electronic contact route before this policy set can be treated as complete.

What Atlas Studio provides

Atlas Studio lets you create personalised map artwork, generate a digital proof, and place an order for a custom print or framed print.

Each product is made to your chosen map, route, text, layout, size and finish. Please review your proof, selected product and delivery details carefully before checkout.

Your responsibilities before payment

You are responsible for checking names, routes, places, titles, subtitles, delivery address and selected product options before payment.

If you connect or import a third-party route or activity service, you confirm that you have permission to use that route data in your artwork.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. The product price and any shipping charge should be shown before payment so you can review the total order cost.

Orders are accepted only once checkout payment is completed. Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout; Atlas Studio does not intentionally collect or store full card numbers.

Atlas Studio may pause, cancel or refund an order if there is a technical issue, suspected misuse, unavailable product, pricing error, fulfilment problem or legal/compliance concern.

Delivery

Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates from the print and shipping flow, not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days. If an order appears delayed, contact Atlas Studio so it can be checked.

Cancellations, returns and statutory rights

Most online customers have a 14-day cancellation right, but UK rules include an exception for personalised or custom-made goods. Atlas Studio prints are made to your selected map, route, text, size and finish, so change-of-mind cancellation may not apply once the custom order is accepted for production.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or materially different from the approved proof/order details, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, correction or refund.

Artwork and usage

Personal purchases are for personal display or gifting. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially reproduce the artwork without written permission or a separate commercial licence.

Map, route, provider and print-partner services may have their own terms that also apply to your use of those services.
